Telephone counselling is an effective way to access support if you don't have access to online services or video conferencing apps. It also provides a level of anonymity and privacy if you feel self-conscious or uncertain about engaging in therapy.

 Spending time outdoors naturally boosts wellbeing and, if you find the idea of face-to-face therapy daunting, a counselling walk and talk may help you feel more at ease. Therapy walks are conducted from Indooroopilly along the river or parkland.
